Parker, Wayne & Kent is not a recruitment company that does PR. We’re a PR company that does recruitment. As such we’re used to selecting heroic communications professionals, from executives to account directors.

We launched a recruitment division to specialise in supplying the highest quality PR people for permanent positions to in-house public relations departments.

We have developed a rigorous candidate assessment process. Too often PR recruitment companies will just look at a CV and give candidates an interview prior to pitching them into jobs. Since we are in the business of public relations, we know how to assess the standard of candidates’ PR skills, talent and knowledge most effectively.

Our recruitment consultants have backgrounds in both high-street and independent recruitment consultancy. They have specialist recruitment experience in the PR, marketing and media sector and take advice from our public relations staff when assessing candidates.
